Sunriver Stars Scholarship
Helping the next generation pursue their passion for live theater and the performing arts.
The Sunriver Stars Community Theater Scholarship Program is designed for students who have been involved in SSCT programs and productions — including children's summer camp — whether as performers or backstage crew, and who are seeking to further their education and development in live performing and theater arts, including technical aspects of theater.
Award amounts can be up to $1,000. Scholarships are primarily intended for students going on to college or other higher education programs, but the SSCT Scholarship Committee will consider other specialized programs as presented.

Who Can Apply
Students who have participated in SSCT programs — on stage or backstage — including Kids Drama Camp.
Eligible Programs
College, higher education, or other specialized programs in live performing arts or theater arts, including technical theater.
What You'll Need to Apply
- A short essay describing your involvement in live theater, your future goals, and why the program or school you wish to attend will help you achieve them.
- Three letters of recommendation.
- Information about the school or program, including contact information.
- A current transcript or grade report.
Applications are typically due June 15. Please confirm the current year's deadline before submitting.
